CBIA to host May 18 Brews & Burgers Bash

The Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA) will host its Brews & Burgers Bash, a season-ending celebration, on Wednesday, May 18 from 4:30 until 7:30 p.m. at title sponsor Tamiami Ford, located at 1471 Airport-Pulling Rd. Majestic Palm Holdings, LLC purchased a 3.47 Acre multifamily site at 4018 Princeton Street, Fort Myers from Island Coast Developers, Inc. for $1,800,000. Fred Kermani represented the seller and Ken Mulligan of Downing Frye Realty represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.

D. Pizzuti, LLC purchased a 3.25 Acre commercial site at 318 Pondella Road & 14171 N Cleveland Avenue in North Fort Myers from Treasure Cove Dev Corporation for $750,000. Fred Kermani represented the seller and Scott True of True Realty Services represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.

Simon Harkley, LLC purchased a 0.61 Acre commercial site at 1539 Brantley Road, Lot 2, Fort Myers from 5ROX, LLC for $165,000. Stan Stouder represented the seller and Achieve the Dream Realty represented the buyer in negotiating the transaction.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 503± acre mining property in Fort Myers for $15,300,000. The property was acquired by Seagate Mine, LLC, from MCIN Bell, LLC. The property is located at 21260 State Road 82, Fort Myers. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered 176± acre golf course property in Lehigh Acres for $2,100,000. The property was acquired by RR Copperhead, LLC, from A Fortune Teller’s Dream #2, LLC fka A Fortune Teller’s Dream, LLC. The property is located at 20910 Copperhead Drive, Lehigh Acres. The deal was brokered by Randy Thibaut, Hunter Ward, and William Rollins.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 7.65± acre residential property in Fort Myers for $600,000. The property was acquired by Harper/McNew Development Co., Inc., Et. Greenpointe welcomes Bruce Noble

Stephen Kauffman has announced the hiring of Dave Chernin as the building company’s new Executive Director of Design and Business Development. Chernin has been designing creative visual solutions using traditional methods and various software programs for decades. He has over 30 years experience in the AEC Industry. Prior to joining Divco, Chernin was a founder and Principal of a full-service design firm. His experience in residential and hospitality design allows him to create unique projects by combining his knowledge of architecture, interiors, planning, landscape, hardscape, and lighting design.

Dianna Ryan named interim president and CEO

The Greater Fort Myers Chamber of Commerce has announced Dianna Ryan as the organization’s interim president and CEO following the recent announcement that Colleen DePasquale is relocating to accept a new chamber position in Colorado. Prior to joining the Chamber, Ryan held positions within the hospitality and senior living industries, where she oversaw operations of catering and member events for a business and social club in Atlanta, and most recently facilities and renovations for a senior living community in Fort Myers. She quickly established roots within the business community and has served as the Chamber’s director of operations before taking on this interim role.
