Gulf Coast International Properties® sponsors winning team at golf tournament

The 30th Annual Pelican Bay Rotary Club’s charity golf tournament on May 6th was won by members of Gulf Coast International Properties’ stellar team of luxury agents Ben Maltese, Dave Urness, Kevin Aizenshtat, and Todd Hall. The tournament is the Pelican Bay Rotary Club’s oldest and most anticipated fundraiser of the year. The event, held every May, benefits many local scholarships, charities, and non-profits, and serves as a celebration of camaraderie and good will. CBIA, NABOR to host “Politics in the Park,” old fashioned political rally

The Collier Building Industry Association (CBIA), in association with the Naples Area Board of REALTORS® (NABOR), announces “Politics in the Park,” Thursday, June 9, 2022, 4:30p.m. to 7:00p.m. at NABOR’s Naples Conference Center, located at 1455 Pine Ridge Rd. The event is free and open to the public; no advance registration is required. Attendees will have opportunities to meet and greet local candidates currently running for commissioner seats, school board seats and fire district seats. After meeting and discussing issues with the candidates, a straw vote will be held from 5:00p.m. to 6:30p.m. with results available that night. In addition to CBIA and NABOR, Politics in the Park is sponsored by A. Vernon Allen Builder, B-Squared Advertising, Florida Weekly and The Greater Naples Chamber of Commerce. Nighthawk Group 765, LLC bought approximately 20,000 square feet of retail & office space from GCS Mom’s LLC located at 765 5th Avenue South for $27,000,000. David J. Stevens represented the Seller and Rob Carroll and Patrick Fraley represented the Buyer.

DSSBB, LLC bought a 30,908 SF, 34-unit newly updated waterfront hotel, along with a 10,000 SF fully functioning movie theatre that features Gulf Shore access. Purchased from Gulfview Manor, LLC at 6530 & 6425 Estero Boulevard for $19,000,000. Patrick Fraley and Tyler Manring & Eric Manring of Compass negotiated this transaction for the Seller, and Steve Boge with William Raveis represented the Buyer.

Edward W. Morawski and Annette M. Morawski purchased 319 square feet of commercial space from Terra Verde Rentals LLC located at 1155 Industrial Boulevard, Suite B-9 for $105,675. Christine McManus represented the Seller and Stuart Miller of John R. Wood represented the Buyer.

The Augusterra Group, LLC bought 0.73 acres of vacant land from NDTL, LLC located at 331 8th Street S. for $12,000,000. David J. Stevens and Rob Carroll negotiated this transaction.

CRE Consultants

Elevation Assets of Florida, LLC purchased a 6,393 SF office building at 1555 Matthew Drive, Fort Myers from Lee Memorial Health System for $895,000. Randal Mercer represented the buyer and Maddie Sawatzky of Colliers represented the seller in negotiating the transaction.

The Real Estate Agency of SWFL purchased an 1,121 SF office condo in the Floresta Building at 700 11th Street S, Unit 102 in Naples from Douglas & Michelle Wood for $448,000. Dave Wallace, CCIM, SIOR and David Wallace represented the seller in negotiating the transaction.

Plumbing Nerds leased a 12,432 SF flex space in Rail Head Commerce Center at 1400-1402 Rail Head Boulevard, Naples from Old 41 Flex, LLC. Randal Mercer represented the lessor and Joyce Haas of Gulf Coast Realty represented the lessee in negotiating the transaction.

Naples Print Source leased a 4,504 SF flex space in Rail Head Commerce Center at 1404-1406 Rail Head Boulevard, Naples from Old 41 Flex, LLC. Randal Mercer negotiated the transaction.

Tarpon Coast Management, LLC leased a 2,000 SF office space in Metro Commerce Center at 11270 Metro Parkway, Unit 20, Fort Myers from Metro Commerce Center, LLC. Randal Mercer negotiated the transaction.

Compass Capital Management Group, LLC leased an 1,898 SF office space in the Beachway Professional Center at 3301 Bonita Beach Road, Suite 212, Bonita Springs from Klingler Properties B, LLC. Dave Wallace and David Wallace negotiated the transaction.

Butters SA, LLC purchased 274.24 acres known as Airport Interstate Commerce Park at 16200 Ben Hill Griffin Pkwy. and 9830 Interstate Commerce Dr., Ft. Myers from YBFH Real Estate, LLC for $40,000,000. Derek Bornhorst, Bob Johnston, Jerry Messonnier and William “Bo” Bradford represented the buyer in the transaction.

Terra Garden Solutions, Inc. purchased 5 acres at 26771 Bonita Grande Dr., Bonita Springs from G-Farm LLC for $425,000. Thomas Webb negotiated the transaction.

Thomas Prodgorny purchased 1.2 acres at 8365 Bayshore Road (the northeast commercial corner of Bayshore and Williamsburg Dr.), Ft. Myers from Bayshore Point Enterprises, LLC for $250,000. Biagio Bernardo and Bill Young represented the seller and Vanessa Martin of Cornerstone Coastal Properties represented the buyer in the transaction.

LSI Companies, Inc.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 12,953± Sq. Ft. lease of a medical office property in Naples. The property was leased by RRC Royal Management, LLC, the parent company of Radiology Regional Center, a premier diagnostic imaging company, from Kraft Office Center, LLC. The property is located at 3530 Kraft Road, Suite 100., Naples. The tenant was represented by Justin Thibaut and Christi Pritchett and the landlord was represented by Adam Palmer, CCIM, and Laura Cari of LandQwest Commercial.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 2.4± acre commercial property in Fort Myers for $1,450,000. The property was acquired by Turnstone 6 Mile, LLC, from Hope Hospice and Community Services, Inc. The buyer’s plan for the property includes the addition of a 124-key Hotel. The property is located at 14790 Hope Center Loop, Fort Myers. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut and Christi Pritchett.
