Great things happening at BCB Homes
BCB Homes has made several exciting changes to its executive team. Rick Hubbell, who joined BCB Homes in 2019, has been promoted to Vice President of Field Operations. Hubbell will oversee approximately 60 field personnel, be responsible for the firm’s outstanding safety record, manage a fleet of 120 vehicles and will act as General Superintendent on all complex and/or unique projects. Hubbell has more than 30 years of construction experience in the commercial market including hotels, resorts and education, as well as the residential market of luxury single-family and multi-family homes. Eric Morris, who joined BCB Homes in 1997, isn’t retiring or leaving the company. Capitalizing on his passion for construction, Morris will now devote his time mentoring, training and teaching the company’s new personnel as their in-house Professor of Innovation and Improvement.
