FL Star Construction completes miniature golf course

FL Star Construction, a division of FL Star Development, has completed construction of the Volcano Mountain Adventure Golf, an 18-hole miniature golf course located at the intersection of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard in Naples. Construction of the course began in 2021. The course occupies a 1-acre site and includs a 14-foot volcano at its center with tropical landscaping and water features.

Every Step Counts Behavioral Therapy, LLC leased 1,700 square feet of office space from CCK Investments LLC, LLC located at 6720 Lone Oak Boulevard. Patrick Fraley negotiated this transaction.

James D. Ferns, IV purchased 318 square feet of commercial space from Terra Verde Rentals LLC located at 1133 Industrial Boulevard, Suite C-19 for $99,500. Christine McManus negotiated this transaction.

Muller Management, LLC leased 6,313 square feet of commercial space from Super Towers, Inc. located at 9930 Channel 30 Drive. Christine McManus represented the Landlord and Robert Muller of Keller Williams Elite Realty represented the Tenant.

The Edward W. Morawski Trust Dated October 14, 2002 purchased 313 square feet of commercial space from Terra Verde Rentals, LLC located at 1133 Industrial Boulevard, Suite C-21 for $99,500. Christine McManus negotiated this transaction.

River Bend Holdings, LLC leased 4,739 square feet of office space from Naples Financial Center LLC located at 4851 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 301. Patrick Fraley and Sara Masterson represented the Landlord and Dougall McCorkle of Premier Commercial represented the Tenant.

LSI Companies, Inc.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 306.3± acre planned unit development property and 600 TDU’s in Punta Gorda for $19,500,000. The property and TDU’s were acquired by CC Burnt Store, LLC. The property is located at 13000 Burnt Store Rd., Punta Gorda. The deal was brokered by Randy Thibaut, William Rollins and Justin Thibaut.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 10± acre agricultural property in Bonita Springs for $651,000. The property was acquired by GMS Real Estate Investment, LLC, from Bonita Grande LLC. The property is located at Bonita Grande Drive, Bonita Springs. The deal was brokered by Christi Pritchett.

Calypso Equity LLC: 800 SF space located at 16521 San Carlos Blvd, Suite 120, Fort Myers to Charlotte and Lee Real Estate and Property Management, Inc. Abigail Kesslak and Michael J. Frye represented the transaction.

Physicians Medical Group of Southwest Florida, LLC leased an 8,840 SF office space at 3800 Colonial Boulevard, Suite 200, Fort Myers from 3800 Kolonial Blvd, LLC. Enn Luthringer negotiated the transaction.

Porter Moving Company, LLC leased a 7,500 SF industrial space in Woodlawn Industrial Park at 28261 Woodlawn, Unit F, Punta Gorda from NSMKM, LLC. Fred Kermani represented the lessor and Erin Harrel of Keller Williams Realty represented the lessee in negotiating the transaction.

RE/MAX of the Islands announcements

Les Pendleton was the most productive selling associate at RE/MAX of the Islands in July. He has been a Florida licensed real estate agent since 2003. After being affiliated with another real estate firm on Captiva Island, Les moved his business clientele to RE/MAX in 2018.

RE/MAX of the Islands announced that Realtor Deb Stone was their top associate in June in the listings obtained category. Deb Stone relocated to Sanibel as a full time resident in 1985. After moving to Sanible, Deb performed accounting services for Bailey’s General Store and was the co-owner/operator of Sanibel Travel. Pegge Ford moved to Sanibel in the early 1980’s. She is well known on the islands and was the Chief Operating Officer and General Manager of the Historic Island Inn for 22 years prior to becoming a Realtor.
