Metropolitan Naples, LLC leased 1,481 square feet of retail space from 365 Fifth Avenue Holdings, LLC located at 365 5th Avenue, Suite #104A. Tara Stokes negotiated this transaction.
Urban Detox LLC, d/b/a Urban Meditation leased 1,035 SF square feet of retail space from 512 Mass Ave Properties Corp. located at 541 5th Avenue South. Tara Stokes of Investment Properties Corporation represented the Landlord, and Darren Moore with Trinity Commercial Group represented the Tenant.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 2.56± acre commercial property in Fort Myers for $1,560,000. The property was acquired by Ft. Myers ESA Hotel, LLC, from Colonial Hammock SWFL, LLC. The property is located at Castalia C/E, Tract F2 - Fort Myers. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut and Alexis North.
LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 17.1± acre commercial property in Punta Gorda for $611,650. The property was acquired by Paradise Palms RV, LLC, from American Services of SW Florida, Inc., and Robert Keenan. The property is located at 2351 & 3011 Duncan Road, Punta Gorda. The buyer was represented by Christi Pritchett.

Jeff Buckler of Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers and Andrew Wiesemann of Canton Commercial Real Estate Group negotiated the transaction.
American Dream Moving & Storage, Inc. leased 9,400sf space in South Metro Park at 13050 Metro Pkwy., Unit 2, Ft. Myers from Unity General Investments, Inc. Brock Rasmussen and James Walls negotiated the transaction.

Lee & Associates|Naples-Ft. Myers hires Jonathan P. Richards
Lee & Associates announced today that Jonathan P. Richards has joined the company of Lee & Associates/Naples – Ft. Myers as a senior vice president. Richards specializes in the brokerage of low-income housing tax credit program (LIHTC), Project-Based Section 8, and senior housing investment properties across the country. He will be joining the national affordable housing team, led by James Lampman in the Seattle, Washington office. Richards will be based at the Naples’ branch office of Lee & Associates | Naples-Ft. Myers.

Diamond Custom Homes adds Hawkins, Vermette
Diamond Custom Homes today announced the additions of Greg Hawkins and Sydney Vermette as project manager and marketing manager, respectively. Hawkins has more than 30 years of construction industry management experience. In this role as project manager, his primary responsibilities include collaborating with clients and working with superintendents to guide the company’s projects to completion. Prior to joining Diamond Custom Homes, Hawkins served in various construction industry management positions across Southwest Florida including regional director of construction, vice president of construction and superintendent. Vermette is a graduate of St. Cloud University, St. Cloud, Minn., with a bachelor’s degree in mass communications. Her responsibilities include working with the company’s advertising agency to achieve its marketing goals, budget oversight, developing marketing strategies and implementing marketing plans. Vermette’s experience includes serving as marketing manager for a full-service residential and commercial real estate developer, and as an account executive with a Ft. Myers-based advertising agency.
