Diamond Custom Homes earns accreditation

Diamond Custom Homes has earned accreditation from the National Home Watch Association for the second year. The NHWA was formed in 2009 in order to establish and maintain the highest industry standards for Home Watch and absentee homeowner services throughout the United States and Canada. Home Watch is a visual inspection of a home or property, looking for obvious issues, which means that it is a service that “keeps an eye on things” at your vacation or primary home while you are not in residence.

Phil Wood, President and CEO of John R. Wood Properties, announced the brokerage hosted Mickey Alam Khan, president of Luxury Portfolio International® (LPI). Khan, also the founder and editor in chief of Luxury Daily, the world's leading luxury business publication, met with company leaders, conducted a master class for select top-performing agents at The Ritz-Carlton, Naples and toured two of the brokerage's local luxury listings. Sara Nelson McKitrick, LPI’s Director of Professional Development, accompanied Khan to jointly deliver the master class along with guest speaker Barb Quasius, CPA, MBA, Senior Lead Client Advisor for Meristem Family Wealth. Quasius has more than 25 years of experience advising across the full financial landscape of high net worth clients.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 10.75± acre industrial property in Fort Myers for $880,000. The property was acquired by Caves at Lake Torge, LLC from Elizabeth McNutt & Matthew McCollum & Robert M. Matthews, Sr., Trust. The property is located at 16271 Pine Ridge Rd., Fort Myers. The deal was brokered by Justin Thibaut and Hunter Ward.

LSI Companies, Inc. brokered a 95± acre agricultural property in Punta Gorda for $2,750,000. The property was acquired by OB 4, LLC from Franklin L. Sutton, Catherine E. Floyd, and John David Manely, as Co-Trustees of the Hannah M. Sutton Declaration of Trust dated January 22, 1998, as subsequently amended. The property is located at 28000 Amidship Road and 28100 Jones Loop, Punta Gorda. The buyer was represented by Randy Thibaut.

Seagate Development Group

Seagate Development Group has purchased the Bell Boulevard Mine – a 502-acre fill sand and rock mining operation on State Road 82 in Fort Myers – from MCIN Bell, LLC for $15.3 million. LSI Companies, Inc. represented the buyer and seller in this transaction.

Investment Properties Corporation

208 Palm River Boulevard, LLC bought a 12-unit apartment complex from E & B Home Group, Inc. located at 208 Palm River Boulevard for $5,250,000. David J. Stevens negotiated this transaction.

Capital Trading Group, LLLP leased 734 square feet of office space from Wety Holdings, LLC located at 1020 8th Avenue South, Suite 2. Sara Masterson represented the Landlord and Lois Durkin of Colliers International represented the Tenant.

Collier Health Services, Inc. purchased 7,995 +/- square feet of office space from Grace Romanian Baptist Church of Naples, Inc. located at 6645 Willow Park Drive for $2,300,000. Clint L. Sherwood represented the Buyer and Daniel O’Berski of Trinity Commercial Group represented the Seller.

Alliant Property Management, LLC leased 2,588 square feet of office space from FLP 4501, LLC located at 4501 Tamiami Trail North, Suite 224. Rob Carroll represented the Landlord and Hamish Williams of AJS Realty Group represented the Tenant.
