Tickets still available for Market Trends 2022 on March 16

Tickets are still available for Market Trends 2022 taking place from 4 to 7:30 p.m. on Wednesday, March 16 at Caloosa Sound Convention Center, 1375 Monroe St. in Fort Myers. Tickets are $50 for general admission and include a comprehensive data book. Reserved and VIP tables ranging from $600 to $1,200 are also available for groups of eight to 10 people. Virtual tickets are $50 and include access to view the livestreamed event and the market data book. The theme of the spring Market Trends event is “The Thrill of the Chase – What Now?”. Randy Thibaut, founder of LSI Companies, will address land, new home sales and development. Denny Grimes, president of Denny Grimes & Team at Keller Williams Realty, will address residential real estate. Adam Triglia named Vice President, Acquisitions and Development

In its continuing dedication to economic development in communities along the east coast such as Poughkeepsie, NY, Orange, NJ, and Cape Coral, FL, Reynolds Asset Management announced the appointment of Adam Triglia to vice president of acquisitions and development. In this role, Triglia will oversee investment projects over all aspects of the deal cycle, investor relations, as well as community engagement and outreach. Prior to joining the Reynolds team, Triglia was the managing director of a boutique real estate private equity firm in New Jersey focused on multi-family investments along the east coast. In this role, he served on the investment committee and oversaw the execution of over 1,000 units and nearly $400 million in joint venture multi-family development projects.
