Southern Exposure Studios, LLC purchased 2,508 square feet of commercial space from Mitchell H. Fogelman located at 5405 Taylor Road, Suite 2 for $650,000. Christine McManus negotiated this transaction.
Adams Sales Inc d/b/a Lighting First leased 2,123 square feet of retail space from Snyder Real Estate Holdings, LLC located at 28360 Old 41 Road, Suite 1. Patrick Fraley negotiated this transaction.
LSI Companies, Inc.
LSI Companies, Inc. brokered 328± acre agricultural property in Labelle, FL for $2,350,000. The property was acquired by Strategic Property Exchanges, LLC FBO R&R Harvesting, Inc, from Equity Exchange Services, Inc. The property is located at 2744 Howard Rd., Labelle. The deal was brokered by Hunter Ward and William Rollins.
