Educational Seminar for sellers and buyers

Buying foreclosures, tax deeds, changes in 2022 real estate contracts, homeowners’ insurance could determine the sale/purchase. The seminar will be held on Friday, January 26th, from 10am to noon at the Collier County Court House, Bldg F, Clerk’s Training Room 4th floor. Featured speakers: Crystal K. Lublin Associates, LLC and R&P Associates, LLC purchased 15,275 square feet of retail space from AIN11FL Jax Bay LLC located at 8325 Baymeadows Road for $6,793,324.92. Rob Carroll represented the Buyer and Janette Walkabout of SRS Real Estate Partners represented the Seller.

Renaissance Center Land LLC purchased approximately 3.74 acres of vacant land from EM & EL, LLC located at Renaissance Boulevard (Folio #10456761) for $1,100,000. Patrick Fraley represented the Seller and Andrew Saluan of AJS Realty represented the Buyer.

Aquakleen Products, Inc. d/b/a Aquakleen leased 935 square feet of office space from Halstatt, LLC located at 2590 Golden Gate Parkway, Suite 101-102. Tara L. Stokes represented the Landlord and Felipe Arcila with Kova SVN represented the Tenant.

Campoamor Business Law P.A. leased 1,085 square feet of office space from Halstatt, LLC located at 2640 Golden Gate Parkway, Suite 204. Tara L. Stokes negotiated this transaction.

Pelican Bay Boulevard LLC purchased 177,000 square feet of office space from Steelbridge Pelican Bay, LLC located at 5801-5811 Pelican Bay Boulevard for $55,500,000. Patrick Fraley of Investment Properties Corporation and Jozef Maston of Compass LLC negotiated this transaction.

The Caldarone Law Group, P.A. leased 737 square feet of office space from DH Squared Properties, LLC located at 2500 Airport Road South, Suite 307. Sara Barnhill negotiated this transaction.

Denise Vaughn receives professional recognition

RE/MAX of the Islands announced that their sales associate, Denise Vaughn, was recognized for her achievements at the Sanibel & Captiva Islands Realtor® Association Installation of 2022 Officers and Directors and 2021 Awards Ceremony held at the Sanibel Community House on January 13th. Realtor® Chip Wolfe top selling associate at RE/MAX

He graduated from the University of Oklahoma in 2000 with a degree in Business Administration. After many Sanibel family vacations, Chip moved to the island to manage his families’ real estate holdings. Realtor Kimberley Andrews top listing marketer at RE/MAX
