REDFISH III LLC bought 3.88 acres of land from Jeffrey S. Hoffman, Successor Trustee located at 4067 9th Street North for $11,500,000. Rob Carroll, Craig D. Timmins and David J. Stevens represented the Seller and John Mounce of LandQwest Commercial Real Estate Services represented the Buyer.
Domestic Holdings LLC purchased 11,400 square feet of commercial space from Debanie, Inc. located at 5450 Taylor Road for $2,050,000. William V. Gonnering and Christine McManus negotiated this transaction.
