The pharmacy is the sixth service added to the Center Street Community Health Center practice at 136 W. Center St. The other five services include primary medical, chiropractic, dental, optical and behavioral health services. The integrated benefit of an on-site pharmacy allows for real-time collaboration between a provider and a pharmacist, which provides the best optimized treatment plan for patients.

The pharmacy offers the “dispel” packaging, which is a safer and convenient way to dispense medications for those who may be taking multiple medications at different times of the day. A delivery service will be added later this summer.

Center Street Pharmacy is open 8:30 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, except it is closed for lunch from 12:15 to 12:45 p.m.

To learn more about the services offered at Center Street Pharmacy, please call 740-914-4371.

Girl Scouts will learn about forest ecology, forest management, forest health, careers in forestry, and how to identify Ohio trees. They will have the opportunity to learn alongside foresters with various backgrounds and explore the multiple pathways to a forestry career. Attendees will be grouped according to their level in Girl Scouts. Families may participate in the same group as their scout.

Events will take place rain or shine from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on July 22 at Hocking State Forest in Rockbridge and Sept. 9 at Mohican-Memorial State Forest in nearby Perrysville. Girl Scouts will have the opportunity to earn their Tree Promise Badge and a special Ohio Division of Forestry badge.
