The 2017 Pacific Track Time schedule has just been released and once again there is an excellent selection of venues to choose from. The PTT days will take place at Thunderhill Raceway, Sonoma Raceway, Butonwillow Raceway and Mazda Raceway Laguna Seca.
We spend a lot of time at PTT events and we have found this program to be one of the best run track days on the West Coast. Every PTT event offers on site services from CT Racing and Pirelli, photography from GotBlueMilk.com, JPH Suspension Service and if you don’t have a bike you can rent one from Feel Like a Pro and its fleet of track-ready Kawasaki Ninja 250s.
Trackday prices range from $295 a day for Laguna Seca to just $160 per day at Buttonwillow and Thunderhill. PTT offers 2-day specials at a discounted price as well as both Season Pass as well as their popular 5–Pack and 10-Pack, Track Passes at an even deeper discount.
If you have never been to a track day then you owe it to yourself to get out there and check it out. There is no better way to experience the thrill of riding your sportbike to your full potential without the fear of oncoming traffic, guard rails, wildlife or the Five-Oh.
One of the great things PTT offers is a low pressure C-Group that caters to new riders in particular. Their excellent staff is ready to guide you through the process of getting comfortable, familiarizing yourself with the track layout and understanding the nuances of on-track protocol.
If you’re on the opposite end of the spectrum you’ll be happy to know that the PTT A-Group is the favorite playground of some of the fastest riders on the west coast. They even offer an AFM New Riders School during select track days so check their schedule for more information on the NRS. Spring and the start of the knee-dragging season is almost upon us so, Bring it On!
