Bristol, Warren's Most Popular Library Books Of 2020

BRISTOL-WARREN, RI — Thousands of books were checked out of the libraries in Bristol and Warren over the past year. Some titles were more popular than others.

At Rogers Free Library in Bristol, large-print book editions were very popular over the past year. Below, Patch has listed the top 11 titles checked out from the library. Electronic materials, which "make up a significant amount of circulation," are not included.

Carol Shedd, the reference librarian at Warren's George Hail Free Library, electronic materials such as Ebooks and Eaudiobooks surged in popularity over the past year. Popular community events such as book group meetings and author talks were moved online, to allow patrons to continue to take part from home.
