Brexit is not only dividing a nation, but also its television habits.

As many as a third of viewers avoid watching the news, according to the Reuters Institute for the Study of Journalism.

Most of those give Brexit as the main reason.

But help is at hand.

Sky News Brexit-Free - on air as a new pop-up channel.

It will, says Sky's Head of News, John Ryley, be a "bold approach."

Though even that thought finds Britain divided too.

Sky News Brexit-Free will broadcast from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m. UK time Monday to Friday.

Though Sky says its main channel will continue to cover all angles of Brexit.

With just days remaining before Britain's scheduled departure from the EU, the new service will be a welcome relief for some.

Even as others worry that the Brexit soap opera may have many, many more episodes to come.
