Broad City” star Abbi Jacobson shared an empowering message in honor of National Coming Out Day.

“Everyone is on their own timeline,” the actress wrote in an Instagram post Sunday.

“It took me a very, very long time to realize who I am, and feel most me — and I’m still figuring it out," she continued. "Happy #nationalcomingoutday to all the late bloomers + early ones.”

Jacobson, 36, told Vanity Fair in 2018 that she dates men and women, saying, “I kind of go both ways.”

“They have to be funny, doing something they love," Jacobson said at the time. "I don’t know — I’ve never really been interviewed about this before.”

National Coming Out Day, which takes place on Oct. 11 every year, celebrates and supports the LGBTQ community. It was founded in the United States in 1988.

Jacobson is best known for her portrayal of Abbi Abrams on “Broad City,” a popular comedy series set in New York that aired from 2014 to 2019 on Comedy Central. The show also starred Ilana Glazer.
