Bruce Springsteen appeared virtually in court Wednesday in connection with his drunk driving arrest in a federal park in New Jersey, pleading guilty to one count while the government dropped the other two.
- New at noon. Music icon Bruce Springsteen is facing charges following a DWI arrest, back in November, in his home state of New Jersey. It was revealed today he was arrested back on November 14 at Gateway National Recreation Area in Sandy Hook. Springsteen was cited for DWI, reckless driving, and consuming alcohol in a closed area. The National Park Service said Springsteen was cooperative.
Springsteen recently made headlines for his first commercial ever, which appeared during the Super Bowl. He's expected to appear in court in the next few weeks. Springsteen has no known prior DWI arrests.
