A Bruce Springsteen concert scheduled for Sunday night at Mohegan Sun Arena has been postponed, the singer announced on Twitter.

The Bruce Springsteen and the E Street Band concert was postponed due to illness, according to a statement published on Twitter Saturday afternoon.

The concert had been scheduled for 7:30 p.m. Sunday. Ticket holders were encouraged to keep their tickets for a later date.

“We are working on rescheduling the date so please hold on to your tickets as they will be valid for the rescheduled show,” the statement said.
