Bryce Dallas Howard's new documentary honors dads, John Legend drops a new album and more of this week's best in pop culture

Just in time for Father’s Day, Bryce Dallas Howard makes her directorial debut with the documentary “Dads.” The doc follows six fathers as they go through the trials and tribulations of parenting. It also includes testimonials from famous fathers like Bryce’s dad, Ron Howard. ”Dads” premieres Friday, June 19 on Apple TV+.

John Legend is all about spreading love in his seventh studio album, “Bigger Love.” Legend has released a music video of the same name, that includes cameos from people spreading positive vibes amid the coronavirus pandemic. Legend’s wife Chrissy Teigen and the couple’s two kids are also featured in the video.

Padma Lakshmi is on a journey to redefine the idea of American food in the 10-episode series, “Taste the Nation With Padma Lakshmi.” In each episode she travels to a different part of the country to highlight a different immigrant community and celebrate their place in American culture. “Taste the Nation With Padma Lakshmi” premieres Friday, June 19 on Hulu.
