BTS to host new show premiering on Apple Music this weekend

Apple Music announced Thursday the launch of a new weekly radio show called “BTS Radio: Past & Present” on Apple Music 1.

The limited series will air weekly with three episodes each week, starting on May 28 at 6 a.m. PDT and leading up to the release of BTS’ new album “Proof” on June 10th.

The first episode will focus on the group’s origins and the songs that inspire their sound and style, while the second episode will showcase the group picking out Army’s favorite BTS tracks. The last episode will highlight the band achieving global fame.

Hybe Entertainment’s supergroup has achieved global fame and all kinds of milestones, including an upcoming meeting with President Biden, Billboard Music Award records, having a song played in space and addressing the United Nations.

Describing the show, BTS group leader RM said, “We wanted to use this radio show to celebrate nine years of BTS with you guys and with our ARMY all over the world, every episode is dedicated to you, and we wanted to share the BTS songs that help tell our story.”
