Jungkook accidentally confirmed that fellow BTS member V will be releasing a debut solo album.

What happened: While livestreaming on Weverse on Thursday morning, Jungkook chatted with fans and answered some of their questions.

"Have I listened to V's album already?" he said in response to one of the questions. "Did the news go out already? … I did hear a couple of songs. He's good, they're good. "

The 25-year-old K-pop star, however, was unaware that V’s debut solo album has yet to be officially announced. Last week, BTS’ label, Big Hit Music, addressed rumors about the album with a brief statement: "We will reveal more details once the schedule is confirmed."

ARMY reacts: Several BTS fans, collectively known as ARMY, quickly took to social media to comment on Jungkook’s slipup and V’s upcoming album, making the hashtag "V is coming" trend worldwide on Twitter.

“[V] about to get a text in the morning saying armys know about the album and jungkook cofirmed it,” one Twitter user wrote.

“Not him teasing us about hearing Taehyung [V’s] songs already ‘khekhekehing’ I'm not freaking out y'all V's album is all ready to broke charts,” another user said in all caps.
