Clips of BTS’ Jungkook singing and livestreaming while drunk have gone viral on Twitter, with his tipsy cover of the “Chainsaw Man” opening theme, “Kick Back,” gaining the most attention.

The nearly four-hour live session took place on Feb. 1. Although the singer launched the live show on his Instagram account, he quickly moved to Weverse due to the social media site crashing.

During his stream, Jungkook began a karaoke session after consuming a couple of drinks.

Twitter user @CSPerfectShot, a “Chainsaw Man” fan account, uploaded a clip of Jungkook singing the anime’s opening song during the livestream.

BTS and “Chainsaw Man” fans alike reacted positively to the clip, with some Twitter users admitting a newfound admiration for K-pop.

On Japanese Twitter, Jungkook’s popularity only continued to skyrocket as fans caused the clip to go viral on multiple accounts.

“The Japanese tweet has received 7.3M+ views with 1.4M views on video in just three days,” user @Jungkook_SNS tweeted as an explanation. “Japanese locals & anime fans are praising JK calling him ‘a genius.’”

“Chainsaw Man” is a manga and anime created by Tatsuki Fujimoto. The story follows a boy named Denji whose body is fused with his pet devil, Pochita, which gives him the power to turn his limbs into chainsaws.
