What to know about the new Buc-ee's in Sevierville, Tennessee
The popular Texas-based travel center is expanding in East Tennessee. The 74,000-square-foot Sevierville location is expected to be the largest Buc-ee's, until a slightly larger one opens in Texas at a later date.
The Sevierville location will be open 24 hours a day and will feature 120 fueling stations, a 250-foot-long car wash, and, of course, the famous Buc-ee’s snacks and beaver mascot merchandise.
It is one of the key reasons behind the I-40 407 exit renovation, an area that will be known as The 407: Gateway to Adventure, an entertainment hub established by the Eastern Band of Cherokee Indians.
A definite open date has not been announced, but the Sevierville Buc-ee’s is expected to open in May, according to job postings.
