Bucks County authorities believe a 32-year-old Sellersville man who allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl in a Quakertown parking lot while he was out on bail for similar offenses may have other victims.

Miguel Angel Sanchez is also facing charges for allegedly soliciting a second teenage girl offering her money in exchange for sexual images of her.

Sanchez is incarcerated in Bucks County Correctional center without bail and facing dozens of felony and misdemeanor charges including rape, statutory sexual assault, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, and trafficking in individuals.

He waived his preliminary hearing on the Bucks County case and he is next scheduled to appear in court in February, according to the court docket.

His attorney, Mark David Rassman, did not immediately respond to an email Monday seeking comment.

Sanchez was arrested last month after a girl alleged he raped her in his car on Oct. 23 while parked in the lof of a supermarket in the 1400 block of West Broad Street in Quakertown, according to a Bucks County DA press release.

Quakertown police reviewed surveillance videos from the area and observed a white sedan in the Giant parking lot at the time of the rape, according to the DA.

The vehicle was linked to Sanchez, and his driver’s license photo matched a photo found on the victim’s phone, authorities said.

The victim told police she met Sanchez on one prior occasion, and they exchanged contact information through Snapchat, a popular social media app, starting in May.

The girl alleged during Snapchat conversations, Sanchez would ask the victim for videos of her nude or performing sex acts in exchange for money.

Sanchez also allegedly communicated with a 16-year-old friend of the victim, through Snapchat, and he also asked her for sex videos in exchange for money.

At the time of the alleged rape in October, Sanchez was out on bail for similar charges including strangulation, false imprisonment and indecent assault without consent filed in Montgomery County. The alleged crimes there occurred in June, 2022, according to court documents.

It was not immediately confirmed if the Montgomery County victim was also underage.

The Bucks County District Attorney’s Office and the Quakertown Police Department strongly believe Sanchez may have other victims.

Anyone with information about Sanchez’s activities is asked to contact Detective Ryan Naugle of the Quakertown Police Department at 215-536-5002.
