The Milwaukee Bucks roster for the 2023 NBA playoffs features a two-time MVP, all-stars, a Defensive Player of the Year finalist, a Sixth Man of the Year finalist and seasoned veterans added at and following the trade deadline.

Add it all up and the No. 1-seeded Bucks have a lineup that has them as the favorites to win the NBA championship.

Here's a closer look at the Bucks' roster, which is the oldest in the NBA, including each players' regular season stats.

Giannis Antetokounmpo, power forward

Age: 28 years old

About: MVP finalist. Set a single-game career-high of 55 points in January. All-Star starter for the seventh straight time, a Bucks record. Was captain with LeBron James of All-Star teams after receiving the most fan votes of Eastern Conference players. Set a career high in points per game (31.1) this season. Top five in the NBA for scoring and rebounding. Nine games scoring in the 40s and three 50-plus games. Missed 19 games with various injuries.

Stats: 63 games, 31.1 points per game, 55.3% shooting, 27.5% three-pointers, 64.5% free throws, 11.8 rebounds, 5.7 assists, 0.8 blocks, 0.8 steals.

Age: 32 years old

About: Made the All-Star team for the first time in 10 years. Set a single-game career-high 51 points last month. Reliable as ever on defense. Scoring average is most since 2018-19 season and 85.9% free-throw percentage is career high. In third season with the Bucks.

Stats: 67 games, 19.3 points per game, 47.9% shooting, 38.4% three-pointers, 85.9% free throws, 5.1 rebounds, 7.4 assists, 0.4 blocks, 1.2 steals.

Khris Middleton, small forward

Age: 31 years old

About: In his 10th season in Milwaukee, Middleton battled injuries for much of the first half of the season. Was on a minutes restriction after returning full time in January. Fewest games started (19) during Bucks tenure. Looking to return to form after missing the Celtics series last year with an MCL sprain that he suffered in the first round.

Stats: 33 games, 15.1 points per game, 43.6% shooting, 31.5% three-pointers, 90.2% free throws, 4.2 rebounds, 4.9 assists, 0.2 blocks, 0.7 steals.

Grayson Allen, shooting guard

Age: 27 years old

About: Second season with the Bucks. Teammates credit his improved defense this season. Set career highs in free-throw percentage and games played.

Stats: 72 games, 10.4 points per game, 44.0% shooting, 39.9% three-pointers, 90.5% free throws, 3.3 rebounds, 2.3 assists, 0.2 blocks, 0.9 steals.

About: Defensive Player of the Year finalist. Consistent interior force for the Bucks after missing most of 2021-22 with a back injury. Was ejected twice this season. Before this season he had never been ejected in a game in 15-year career. Career high in blocks. Second highest games played of any Bucks player this season.

Stats: 78 games, 15.9 points per game, 53.1% shooting, 37.4% three-pointers, 78.4% free throws, 6.7 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 2.5 blocks, 0.5 steals.

Bobby Portis, forward

Age: 28 years old

About: Sixth Man of the Year finalist. Missed about a month of action from mid-January to late February with an MCL sprain but still played in 70 games. Set career high in rebounds per game at 9.6. Fan favorite in his third season with the Bucks.

Stats: 70 games, 14.1 points per game, 49.6% shooting, 37.0% three-pointers, 76.8% free throws, 9.6 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.2 blocks, 0.4 steals.

About: Played in career high in games (81) and most of any Bucks player this season. Also started 39 games due to injuries to other players. Re-signed with the Bucks last offseason after being acquired during second half of 2021-22 season.

Stats: 81 games, 8.0 points per game, 42.3% shooting, 42.1% three-pointers, 81.6% free throws, 2.5 rebounds, 2.4 assists, 0.4 blocks, 0.8 steals

Pat Connaughton, shooting guard

Age: 30 years old

About: Battled a calf injury at the beginning of the year and again in February as well as an ankle injury late in the season. Sixty-one games played were fewest since 2018-19 season. Career low free-throw shooting and while three-point shooting was lowest in four years he remains a threat from beyond the arc. In his fifth season with the Bucks.

Stats: 61 games, 7.6 points per game, 39.2% shooting, 33.9% three-pointers, 65.9% free throws, 4.6 rebounds, 1.3 assists, 0.2 blocks, 0.6 steals.

About: Acquired at the trade deadline from the Phoenix Suns. Hadn't played for the Suns this season before the trade. Former Marquette University star. Was on the 2021 Suns and 2020 Miami Heat teams that advanced to the NBA Finals.

Stats: 18 games, 6.9 points per game, 47.9% shooting, 43.6% three-pointers, 83.3% free throws, 3.8 rebounds, 1.5 assists, 0.3 blocks, 0.7 steals.

Joe Ingles, shooting guard

Age: 35 years old

About: Acquired as a free agent last offseason. Missed first two months while recovering from a torn ACL in January 2022. Three-point specialist. Spent first eight seasons in NBA with Utah Jazz. Teammates love his trash talking.

Stats: 46 games, 6.9 points per game, 43.5% shooting, 40.9% three-pointers, 85.7% free throws, 2.8 rebounds, 3.3 assists, 0.1 blocks, 0.7 steals.

Age: 36 years old

About: Veteran point guard acquired in March and has played in seven games with the Bucks. Played in 51 games with the Bulls before his release. Former All-NBA player (2014) with the Suns and All-Star (2018) with the Heat. Played on Heat team that beat the Bucks in playoff bubble in 2020.

Stats: 58 games, 6.3 points per game, 42.1% shooting, 35.9 three-pointers, 68.9% free throws, 1.4 rebounds, 2.6 assists, 0.1 blocks, 0.2 steals.

Meyers Leonard, center

Age: 31 years old

About: 7-foot center signed by the Bucks first on a 10-day contract and then later for the rest of the season. Hadn't played in a game for two years (injury and suspension for using anti-semitic slur). Played in Portland for first seven seasons and then Miami for two seasons until he was suspended and later traded to the Oklahoma City Thunder in March 2021 (he never played a game for OKC).

Stats: 9 games, 4.8 points per game, 48.3% shooting, 38.9 three-pointers, 88.9% free throws, 3.8 rebounds, 0.1 assists, 0.0 blocks, 0.2 steals.

MarJon Beauchamp, forward

Age: 22 years old

About: 2022 first-round draft pick, moved back and forth between the Bucks and Oshkosh Herd, the franchise's G-League team. Had a season high 20 points against the Atlanta Hawks on Nov. 17, one of 10 double-digit scoring games for Beauchamp.

Stats: 52 games, 5.1 points per game, 39.5% shooting, 33.1% three-pointers, 73.0% free throws, 2.2 rebounds, 0.7 assists, 0.1 blocks, 0.4 steals.

AJ Green, guard

Age: 23 years old

About: Rookie. Two-way player who spent time between the Bucks and Herd.

Age: 25 years old

About: Signed a two-way contract with the Bucks in March. Had played in 35 games with the Herd this season. Played in 19 games with the Bucks in 2021-22 while on a two-way contract as well.

Stats: 7 games, 7.1 points per game, 48.6% shooting, 33.3% three-pointers, 88.9% free throws, 1.0 rebounds, 2.0 assists, 0.3 blocks, 0.0 steals.
