The Tampa Bay Buccaneers might be losing another free agent sooner than later.

Cornerback Sean-Murphy Bunting is set to visit the Tennessee Titans, according to the NFL’s Ian Rapoport. Rapoport also mentioned that Murphy-Bunting could end up in Nashville “if all goes well”.

Murphy-Bunting was drafted in 2019, and while he initially had playing time in the Bucs’ secondary, that time has gone down in recent years. Murphy-Bunting has started just 13 games in the last two seasons, partially due to a significant elbow injury in the first game of the 2021 season against the Cowboys and partially due to the emergence of both Jamel Dean and Carlton Davis in the secondary. He could be primed for more playing time somewhere else, and Tennessee might be the best option for him in that regard.

If Murphy-Bunting were to leave, it’s very likely the Bucs would need to draft a corner for depth in a draft that is very deep at the position. As it stands, there isn’t a lot behind Dean and Davis at the moment.
