Budding Gymnast Performs Living Room Routine After Watching Tokyo Olympics

A young budding gymnast performed a gymnastic routine in their living room in Ashford, England, after watching the Tokyo Olympics, footage shared by his father on July 28 shows.

Gary Street shared the video of his son Peter using an armchair to hoist himself into gymnastics positions at his home in Ashford, Surrey.

Street told Storyful that Peter was inspired by Britain’s Joe Fraser after they watched him compete in the Tokyo Games.

“He does a bit [of gymnastics] now, but he was thinking of giving it up for rugby. This has really inspired him again to keep going,” Street said.
