The Buffalo Bills and Los Angeles Rams play Thursday in a Week 1 NFL game.

Which team will get the victory?

Check out these NFL Week 1 picks and predictions for the game, which can be seen at 5:20 p.m. MST on NBC.

The Bills are a 2.5-point favorite in the game.

NFL Week 1 picks, predictions:

CBS Sports: Rams 30, Bills 27

Tyler Sullivan writes: "Both of these teams look like juggernauts and will likely be looked at as Super Bowl favorites throughout the season. That said, there does seem to be a little extra juice for the reigning champions as they begin their title defense. Dating back to Super Bowl XXXIV, the defending champions are 18-3 SU and 13-6-2 ATS in Week 1. That alone should have folks leaning towards the Rams, especially as they enter Year 2 with Matthew Stafford."

Pro Football Network: Bills 34, Rams 31

Jason Katz writes: "I think 2022 is the Bills’ year. After losing in the Divisional Round to the Chiefs in a heartbreaker, Josh Allen, Stefon Diggs, and Devin Singletary are ready to start the season strong. The Rams return much of the same team that just won the Super Bowl. Matthew Stafford is back for Year 2, and Cooper Kupp is still the best wide receiver in football. But I like the Bills to get the road victory over the defending champs."

NFL Week 1 odds:

Bookies.com: Take the Bills in Week 1 vs. Rams

Bill Speros writes: "The “Battle of the Seans” serves as the NFL season-opener and a potential Super Bowl 57 preview. Sean McVay and Sean McDermott will determine “Sean” coaching bragging rights now that Sean Payton has stepped aside in New Orleans.  Things only get tougher for the Rams. In addition to the season-opener against the Bills, the Rams have Dallas at home and return to Tampa Bay, where they eliminated the Bucs in the playoffs last year. The Rams catch a break in terms of having the full offseason to prepare for the Bills, but this game has all the makings of a big-time letdown for the home team. Grab the Bills and the point."

Fansided: Rams 31, Bills 28

Matt Verderame predicts that Los Angeles will edge Buffalo in the first game of the NFL season.

Walter Football: Go with the Bills in Week 1 vs. Rams

It writes: "This spread may shock some clueless people in the media. Facebook friend Joe B. pointed out that CBS wrote that the Rams were pretty much the same team. Uhh, yeah, except for their Pro Bowl left tackle retiring and their Hall of Fame edge rusher going to the very team the Rams will play in Week 1. I like the Bills to win this game because they're the better team."

WSN: Take the Rams with the points vs. Bills

Mike Lukas writes: "Last season, the Buffalo Bills went 11-6 and blew out the New England Patriots in the first round of the playoffs, but QB Josh Allen and his talented roster got beat by the Kansas City Chiefs in overtime, 36-42, in the divisional playoffs, so no doubt they are looking to prove they could have beaten the LA Rams in the Superbowl, unlike the Bengals, a great way to kick off the season. Trading away the QB that brought the team to a Super Bowl looks genius now that HC Sean McVay figured out a way to get his Los Angeles Rams to win a Big Game, their defeat of Joe Burrow’s Cincy Bengals by a field goal the direct result of new QB Matthew Stafford’s high level play, not to mention GOAT DT Aaron Donald cracking helmets on the other side of the ball. Home games on opening day favor the team that lives there, so take the Rams to cover the spread and start the season out with a win over the Bills."

NFL Spin Zone: Bills 30, Rams 27

Brendan Danaher writes: "While the Rams are obviously coming off a fantastic championship victory the Bills have had the heartbreaking loss in the playoffs on their mind all offseason. The Rams have the playmakers on both sides of the ball but the Bills made sure to beef up their only true weakness; their defense. The Bills come out firing and upset the Rams to start the season 1-0."
