Buffalo, Minnesota, man injured in rollover crash outside Cedar Mills

Oct. 13—CEDAR MILLS TOWNSHIP — A 78-year-old man was injured after his vehicle rolled in

Meeker County

on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Minnesota State Patrol's

accident report

, Donald John Kennedy, of Buffalo, Minnesota, suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the crash. He was transported to Hutchinson Health Hospital for treatment.

The single-vehicle crash was reported around 4:09 p.m. Thursday near milepost 129 along Minnesota Highway 7. According to the accident report, Kennedy was driving a Ford F250 pickup truck westbound on Highway 7 when it left the roadway and rolled.

Kennedy was the only listed occupant in the vehicle. He was wearing a seat belt, and the airbag in the truck deployed.

Road conditions were wet at the time of the crash and alcohol is not believed to be a factor, according to the State Patrol.

Cosmos Fire and Ambulance, Alina Ambulance and the

Meeker County Sheriff's Office

assisted the Minnesota State Patrol at the scene.
