Two food items have returned to the Culver’s menu this month. Buffalo chicken tenders are back on the menu to stay at all Culver’s locations, after being removed in 2021 and having a limited return in some locations last year. And for the Lenten season, the hand-battered Northwoods walleye from Canada is available as a sandwich or as a dinner at all Culver’s locations, until April 9, or while supplies last.

The North Atlantic Cod sandwich or dinner, and the Butterfly Jumbo Shrimp Value Basket or dinner remain on the menu as year-round seafood options. Visit culvers.com/

Chef’s Counter at Tre Rivali

Tre Rivali will host Chef’s Counter, a new dining experience with Executive Chef Brian Cripps, once a month for a small group of diners. The eight-course menu is intended to inspire and educate. It's designed for diners to try new flavors and unique dishes, and will feature seasonal ingredients.

Executive Chef Brian Cripps will incorporate ingredients such as caviar, foie gras, Wagyu and king crab leg throughout the weekly rotating menus, and seasonal ingredients ranging from fava beans and asparagus to strawberries and stone fruits for summer.

The Chef’s Counter seatings are at 6:45 p.m. on the first Thursday of the month in the restaurant’s six-seat horseshoe shaped bar, where dishes will be plated in front of guests. The evening begins with an aperitif in the salon, before moving to the counter for dinner. Reservations are available on OpenTable.

Tre Rivali is located in The Journeyman hotel at 200 N. Broadway. Visit www.trerivalirestaurant.com
