Building demolition in Mitchell is sign new business coming to Burr Street
Jun. 8—MITCHELL — Demolition crews were hard at work on Tuesday, June 7, tearing down a building at the corner of Easy Kay Avenue and South Burr Street.
In May, the Mitchell Planning Commission said the property that is in "dire need of improvements." Proposed plans for the property include a 9,000-square-foot facility built to house the Orthopedic Institute offices.
