This is our confession: We really, really like the AirPods 2. Not only were they handed a Mashable's Choice award upon their release earlier this spring, but thanks to features like hands-free Siri functionality and improved battery life, the second-gen AirPods recently nabbed themselves a spot on our list of the best gadgets of 2019 (so far).
But we've been in this biz long enough to know that Apple's earbuds aren't for everyone, with the most common complaints being their price — $159, plus $40 for an optional wireless charging case — and their ability to get lost easily.
