A slew of concerts were recently announced for San Luis Obispo County, including performances at the California Mid-State Fair and Vina Robles Amphitheatre.

So who is set to perform?

Country artists Jelly Roll, Zac Brown Band to perform at Mid-State Fair

Two acts have so far been announced for the grandstand stage at the California Mid-State Fair.

The first is the return of the Grammy-award-winning Zac Brown Band, which will once again perform at the fair on July 21. The country music band is a repeat performer, having taken the stage in Paso Robles in 2012, 2014, 2017 and 2019.

Ticket prices for the show are $50, $75, $120 and $160 and are currently on sale through the Mid-State Fair’s website.

Grammy-nominated country singer Jelly Roll will perform in the Chumash Grandstand Arena on July 23, the California Mid-State Fair announced Friday.

The concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m., with an opening act expected to be announced at a later date.

Ticket prices for the show are $65, $95, $135 and $180 and will go on sale Feb. 23 starting at 10 a.m. Tickets can be purchased on the California Mid-State Fair’s official website.

The Nashville singer-songwriter recently debuted at No. 3 on the Billboard 200 All Genre Chart and at No. 2 on the Top Country Album Chart for his first album, Whitsitt Chapel. He also received Billboard’s 2023 Breakthrough Award and the Country Music Association’s award for “New Artist of the Year.”

The Mid-State Fair announced a new program called “Local Fan of the Fair” that will allow registered local residents early access to purchase tickets. For more information on registering, visit MidStateFair.com.

The 2024 California Mid-State Fair in Paso Robles runs July 17-28.

Vina Robles announces Beach Boys, Gipsy Kings and Bonnie Raitt concerts

Vina Robles Amphitheatre in Paso Robles announced several acts for its upcoming lineup.

First, musical group Gipsy Kings — known for their blend of Catalan rumba, flamenco, salsa and pop — is set to perform on Aug. 15. Tickets are available via Ticketmaster.

Then the Beach Boys’ “Endless Summer Gold” tour will arrive in San Luis Obispo County on Aug. 29. Tickets are available on Ticketmaster.

Finally, blues and rock singer Bonnie Raitt will take the Vina Robles stage Sept. 18. Tickets are available on Ticketmaster.

Jewel to perform at SLO PAC

Four-time Grammy-nominated artist Jewel will appear in concert at the Performing Arts Center at Cal Poly on April 6.

Through her career, the singer-songwriter has sold more than 30 million albums and earned more than 26 music award nominations.

The concert is scheduled for 7:30 p.m.

According to a news release, the concert will benefit the Foundation for the Performing Arts Center, and will follow the celebration of the grand opening of the new Performing Arts Center Trust Automation Plaza.

Tickets range from $75 to $295 and will go on sale Feb. 19 at noon.
