The city of Burbank Wednesday red tagged the Tinhorn Flats building, preventing anyone from using or occupying the space.
- More defiance today from the owner of a Burbank restaurant, forced to shut down during the pandemic. Today, the son of the owner of Tinhorn Flats used an electrical device to cut through the padlock that the city put on the door. The business has vowed it will reopen. It's been in a feud with the city over mask mandates and COVID-19 restrictions. Its health permit was suspended, and the city revoked its operating permit. And now the building is red-tagged because of unsafe conditions inside.
