Central Florida SCORE hosts small-business workshop
Central Florida SCORE will host the small business workshop “Craft Impactful Content” from 8 to 9:30 a.m. Feb. 9 at My Office & More, 122 E. Main St., Lakeland. Danish and coffee is served at 7:45 a.m. Guest speaker is Jim Mosier, founder of Mosier Data, a provider of digital strategies for growth-minded companies. The workshop is sponsored by Mosier Data. 75th annual Detroit Tigers BBQ
The 75th annual Detroit Tigers BBQ takes place at 6 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Publix Field at Joker Marchant Stadium, 2301 Lakeland Hills Blvd., Lakeland. Tickets are $40 for adults and $20 for children 12 and younger and include a 2022 souvenir mug. No take-out orders and no autographs. Presented by Rodda Construction.
