S-One Holdings Corp., a global company headquartered in Sarasota with a focus on the digital imaging industry, has been named to Inc. magazine’s annual Best Workplaces list. Additionally, S-One has been named as a winner in a special category: Medium to Large Employees (100-499).

The list is the result of a comprehensive measurement of American companies that have excelled in creating exceptional workplaces and company culture, whether operating in a physical or a virtual facility.

After collecting data from thousands of submissions, Inc. selected over 500 honorees this year. Each company that was nominated took part in an employee survey, conducted by Quantum Workplace, which included topics such as management effectiveness, perks, fostering employee growth and overall company culture.

The organization’s benefits were also audited to determine overall score and ranking.

He has been an aluminum contractor in the Sarasota area for over 44 years. He still owns and operates a thriving aluminum business with his wife, Kerry.

Kerry Baker graduated from Florida State University with a degree in criminology. She worked in the state crime lab at the Florida Department of Law Enforcement and then as a health and safety inspector with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation.
