Wayzata-based global commodity trader Cargill announced that Brian Sikes has been elected president and chief executive officer, effective Jan. 1, and current CEO Dave MacLennan will assume the role of executive chair of Cargill’s board of directors. Privately held Cargill is one of the world’s largest producers and traders of agricultural and energy products and commodities.

ARCHITECTURE/ENGINEERING

WSB, a Golden Valley-based engineering and consulting firm, announced the hire of Sarah Rohne as director of human resources. She joins WSB from Schwan’s Co., where she most recently served as senior human resource manager of talent pipeline and development.

FINANCIAL SERVICES

Bell Bank, Fargo, N.D., announced the addition of Jena Cogswell as executive vice president/chief marketing officer, based at Bell’s Colonnade location in Golden Valley.

HEALTH CARE

Dr. Jonathan Calkwood announced the relocation of the Minnesota Center for Multiple Sclerosis from Golden Valley to City Center Professional Building at 15700 37th Ave. North, Suite 110, Plymouth. … Bluestone Physician Services, a Stillwater-based multi-state on-site primary care provider for assisted living communities, announced the promotion of Anna Stanislawski from advanced practice provider to clinical practice director, overseeing Bluestone’s Minnesota markets.

Northern Tool + Equipment, a Burnsville-based supplier of hardware and tools for professionals and consumers, announced that President and CEO Suresh Krishna has been named “Global Indian of the Year” by New Delhi-based Asian media AsiaOne. Krishna’s executive career includes leadership stints in India, Oman, UAE and Switzerland.

Fredrikson & Byron, Minneapolis, announced that attorneys Zachary S. McFarland and Thomas Wheeler have rejoined the firm in its Litigation Group. McFarland previously served as a clerk to Judge John R. Ergotron, an Eagan-based maker of office furniture, announced that David Kemp has joined the company as executive vice president and chief sales officer. Kemp most recently was executive vice president of sales and marketing at Fike Corp.

MEDICAL TECHNOLOGY

Predictive Oncology, an Eagan-based developer of AI-influenced cancer treatments, announced the appointment of David S. Smith to the company’s board of directors. Smith serves on the board of the Foundation for Cell and Gene Medicine and is a fellow and past member of the executive committee of the Tissue Engineering and Regenerative Medicine International Society.

Margaret A. Cargill Philanthropies, Eden Prairie, announced that President and CEO Paul Busch is retiring after nearly 15 years with the organization. Current MACP Vice President and General Counsel Heather Kukla will assume the role in April, and Busch will remain on the board of directors. … Community Reinvestment Fund, USA, a Minneapolis-based national community financing organization, announced it has named Charity Vickers its chief people officer. Vickers previously served as vice president of human resources for Connect, an insurance provider marketplace of American Family Insurance.

The Dakota County Regional Chamber of Commerce announced that Maureen Scallen Failor has resigned as president after five years of leading the organization. The chamber has started a search and leadership transition process to identify a new leader.
