Greater Minnesota Housing Fund, a St. Paul-based provider of financing for affordable housing, announced that President, CEO and Founder Warren Hanson is retiring from organization. The board of directors is leading the process to find Hanson’s successor.

Barr Engineering, a Bloomington-based national provider of engineering consulting services to industry, announced that vice president and senior environmental consultant Nick Nelson has assumed the role of chief operating officer, succeeding Greg Keil, who stepped down from the position following 37 years with the company.
