Heather James Fine Art in Palm Beach is now offering a fine art consultancy led by Breck Kling. Splitting his time between Palm Beach and Jackson Hole, Wyo., Breck is a longtime board member of the Memorial Art Gallery in Rochester, N.Y., and was a collector adviser to he first Volta art fair in Basel, Switzerland, in 2005. A co-founder of the national art nonprofit Everyartist.me, he is also a co-founder and a trustee of Silicon Couloir, a network for entrepreneurs based in Jackson Hole.
