Tom M. Kirchoff, the principal of Kirchoff & Associates Architects, is new chairman of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Palm Beach County board of directors. Former board chairman of two years, Robert B. Dunkin, II passed the gavel during a recent corporate board ceremony. During the past two years, Dunkin and Kirchoff have worked closely together to guide the organization through challenging times during the pandemic.

Boca Helping Hands has appointed Jude Estime as its controller. Born and raised in Haiti, Estime moved to the United States in 2002 to reunite with his family. He received his Associate in Arts degree from Palm Beach State College, Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Florida Atlantic University, and Master of Accounting and Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Nova Southeastern University. Boca Helping Hands (BHH) is a community-based nonprofit that provides food, medical and financial assistance to meet basic human needs as well as education, job training and guidance to create self-sufficiency.

Kula, who joins the Mandel JCC after serving as director of music performance and education at FAU Libraries, brings a vision for creating cultural arts experiences that connect people to Jewish life and for implementing innovative programming initiatives. A nationally recognized conductor, educator, composer, accordionist and producer, Kula is a Fulbright Music Specialist and was awarded a grant in 2018 to conduct and lecture in Israel with appearances at the U.S. Embassy, Jerusalem Academy of Music and Dance, and music conservatories in the Negev and Western Galilee.
