Business People: Thrivent announces new board chair

Thrivent, a Minneapolis-based diversified investment brokerage, announced that N. Cornell Boggs III, has been elected chair of the board of directors, effective Feb. 1, succeeding Bonnie E. Raquet. Boggs is a senior strategic adviser for Quarles & Brady, a national multi-disciplinary legal services firm.

KC Truth, a Minneapolis-based independent ad agency, announced new clients Minnesota Public Radio and Twin Cities Orthopedics and the appointment of Mike DePauw in the newly created position of executive director. DePauw previously was SVP, director of account leadership at Periscope.

Gravie, a Minneapolis-based health benefits manager for business, announced the hiring of Dr. Greg Burrell as the company’s first-ever chief medical officer.
