Berks LaunchBox presents "3D Printing for Beginners." from 6 to 8 p.m. by appointment. Join us for an overview of additive manufacturing. We will discuss the software and equipment used to 3D print a product. We will go over terms and tips used in 3D printing, then detail the steps in the software to design, slice and print to make your ideas come to life. Together, we will create a tool in TinkerCAD, which you can personalize, then send to the printers to create your first prototype. The Small Business Resource Association will host a Tune-Up Tuesday workshop, "The Bottom Line on Building a Company culture," 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. In this session, presented by Brad Garfinkel of Members First Credit Union, key takeaways will be: The importance of culture in the workplace, to build from inside or hire from outside, and employee strategies during a time of great change. Berks LaunchBox presents "Step-by-Step Website Building," from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Berks LaunchBox at the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts, 201 Washington St., Suite 105, Reading. This hands-on, in-person, class will use the free tool — Google Sites — to begin building a website for beginners. Each major skill for building a Google Sites website will be demonstrated on a projected screen and allow you time to practice many of the skills on a dummy site you create. GRCA will welcome Travis Berger, Ph. D., Dean of the College of Business, Communication & Leadership at Alvernia University. Berger will present "Leadership in Complex Times: Let's Get This Right," to provide attendees with a practical and valuable understanding of leadership and ways to meet leadership challenges head on.
