Caitlyn Jenner is set to take part in a new documentary series about the Kardashian family.

The star, who was previously married to Kardashian family matriarch Kris Jenner, will be among those giving "first-hand testimony" in House of Kardashian.

The three-part Sky series will look at the rise of the reality TV dynasty, and is set to air this autumn.

"No other family defines our time or divides opinion like the Kardashians," the synopsis reads.

"To some they are admired as a dynasty of powerful women, inspiring girls across the planet. To others they are untalented and morally bankrupt reality stars, who are damaging women by selling their life as a superficial fairytale."

The show "aims to confound expectations and challenge what society knows of the Kardashians", and will take a look at their "rise, reach and the cost that comes with being some of the most famous women in the world".

House of Kardashian will also have never-seen-before archive footage, with contributions from the inner circle including Jenner.

The Kardashians, who include Kris and daughters Kim, Kourtney, Khloé, Kendall and Kylie, rose to fame with reality series Keeping Up with the Kardashians, which aired between 2007 and 2021.

They are currently part of Disney+ series The Kardashians, which is due to return for its fourth season next month.

The season synopsis reads: "From the intense pressures of running billion-dollar businesses to the hilarious joys of playtime and school drop-offs, this series brings viewers into the fold with a rivetingly honest story of love and life in the spotlight."

House of Kardashian will air on Sky this autumn.
