Fans and celebrities are reacting to TikTok star and transgender activist Dylan Mulvaney's latest brand partnership.

Mulvaney, a University of Cincinnati College-Conservatory of Music alumna, posted a photo on Instagram Wednesday modeling a sports bra and leggings from Nike, Inc. The post was tagged as a partnership with the athletic clothing brand.

"Home for a moment and leaning into cozy workout wear life with @nikewomen's newest Zenvy leggings and Alate bra!" Mulvaney wrote. "They’re so comfortable and buttery soft, perfect for workouts and everyday wear!"

The promotional post follows Mulvaney's recent partnership with Bud Light. The actor's supporters congratulated her on the partnership on social media, while others criticized Nike.

What did Caitlyn Jenner say about Dylan Mulvaney?

Fox News contributor and Olympic athlete Caitlyn Jenner reacted to the partnership Thursday, quote-tweeting a post that misgendered Mulvaney and suggested the UC grad received better treatment from Nike than former brand ambassador and Olympic track and field champion Allyson Felix.

"As someone that grew up in awe of what (Nike founder) Phil Knight did, it is a shame to see such an iconic American company go so woke!" Jenner tweeted. "We can be inclusive but not at the expense of the mass majority of people, and have some decency while being inclusive. This is an outrage."

"EQUALITY > INCLUSIVITY (STOP TRYING TO ERASE WOMEN)," she added. "The differences between men and women are real and are a good thing! It doesn’t make trans ppl a bad thing, either. Why is it so black and white with the RADICAL RAINBOW MAFIA?!"

Jenner later clarified she was upset about Nike's treatment of Felix, who, in 2019, said Nike offered to pay her 70% less after she gave birth to her daughter. Nike later expanded its maternity policy after public criticism from other athletes.

"A little context…I did a collab with H&M (I have done many athletic brand collabs over the years as a successful athlete)," Jenner tweeted. "I don’t blame Dylan (smart move). I did not like how Nike treated Allyson Felix when she became pregnant. I spoke on the outrage of disparity in their pay."

Jenner, who revealed she was transgender in 2015, recently launched Fairness First, a political action committee designed to "fight the radical gender ideology" and "keep boys out of women’s sports," according to her Twitter.

Riley Gaines, former student and swimmer at the University of Kentucky, told Daily Mail she would stop shopping at Nike in response to Mulvaney's partnership.

Former UK swimmer Riley Gaines criticized Dylan Mulvaney's Nike partnership

Former University of Kentucky swimmer Riley Gaines, who has spoken out against transgender women competing in women's sports, told Daily Mail she would boycott Nike for partnering with Mulvaney.

"Nike joins the growing list of companies who find it acceptable disrespect women by making a sad mockery of what being a woman entails," Gaines said. "The message Nike sends to all girls and women is that men can do everything better."
