An opening reception for the “Whispers From the Land” exhibition of work by Molly Elkind and Patricia Joy will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 2 at the Henderson Fine Arts Center Gallery on the San Juan College campus, 4601 College Blvd. in Farmington. “Tyrannosaurus Meet the Family,” a traveling exhibition of tyrannosaurus fossils, models and interactive elements from the Australian Museum, opens at 10 a.m. Friday, Feb. 3 at the Farmington Museum at Gateway Park, 3041 E.
