California health director: Likely many undetected cases in Imperial County

Gov. Gavin Newsom said that Imperial County in Southern California -- which has seen a positivity rate of 23% over the last 14 days -- is being told to pull back on reopening and reinstate the stay-at-home order. Dr. Sonia Angell, the state health director, said that the high positivity rate likely means there’s many undetected cases in the area.
