Should the California recall process change? Some lawmakers say yes

Just one day after Gov. Gavin Newsom claimed victory in a recall attempt, some Democratic lawmakers announced a "coordinated effort to examine reforms to California’s recall election system," according to a Wednesday release. "I think there are a good number of good ideas out there that will be a big part of the conversation," Democratic Assm. Marc Berman said. Berman and state Sen.
