At just 11 months old, Cameron Diaz's daughter, Raddix, has quite the sophisticated palate. In an interview set to air on The Rachael Ray Show on Monday, the actress shared with Ray that Raddix is definitely not eating off a traditional kids' menu. "She never had a puree," Diaz said.

"She's had garlic from day one," Diaz revealed of the baby girl she shares with husband and Good Charlotte rocker Benji Madden. "She eats bone marrow and she eats liver." Diaz also loves to season the food she gives her daughter, sharing, "I put herbs in everything — thyme and dill, sage, everything. She just loves all of it."

Ray applauded Diaz's choices in the kitchen. "I love that you're making her food so you can really strengthen her palate," the celebrity chef chimed in. "I hate it when people dumb down their kids' food."

Diaz has spent a lot of time cooking for her family while in quarantine, "The first four months I cooked every single meal," Diaz, who has written two books about health and wellness, told Ray. "For the most part I am cooking all our meals ... I love to cook, it's my love language. I love to cook for my husband, I love to cook for my child now; being able to make the food for her has been incredible."

Diaz, whose last film role was six years ago, welcomed her first child at age 47. In a recent interview on Naomi Campbell's YouTube series "No Filter," the Charlie’s Angels star spoke about becoming a mom later in life. "A lot of people do it the other way around ... they get married [and] have a family in their youth. I'm kind of doing it in the second half of my life. The only pressure for me now is I have to live to be, like, 107, you know? No pressure!"

"I really feel like this is my sweet spot and the happiest time in my life," she added in the interview with Campbell. "Even with all the amazing experiences I've had in traveling and accomplishments of working hard and putting things into the world I'm proud of ... I know, this is really the most gratifying time in my life, to be in this place, to get here. Having a family when you're young ... it's like anything when you're young: You do it. But when you're my age and you decide to do it, it's a real choice. You really have to work hard for it."

Diaz' Instagram is filled with snaps and videos from her kitchen, the dishes often paired with wine from her label Avaline.

Instagram is also where Diaz and Madden shared the news, last January, that they had welcomed their first child. "We won't be posting any pictures or sharing any more details, other than the fact that she is really really cute!!" they posted. "Some would even say RAD:)"
