Cameron Diaz and Benji Madden closed out 2019 by welcoming their first child together, daughter Raddix Madden, on the day before New Year's Eve. Now, the actress-turned-winemaker and Good Charlotte frontman will close out 2020 by moving their family to the exclusive Beverly Hills Post Office neighborhood of Los Angeles.

Variety reports that the couple purchased a 7-bedroom, 10-bathroom, newly constructed home for $14.7 million. Constructed by luxury home builder ANR Signature Collection, the dwelling features modern farmhouse-style elements like vaulted ceilings with exposed beams and rustic chandeliers. This, plus the light oak, wide-plank hardwood flooring, white walls with wainscotting, and plenty of French doors leading to the yard makes the space feel quite airy and bright.

Two of the bedrooms are considered primary suites, and the listing also suggests that the theater room (which has an attached bathroom) could be turned into an eighth bedroom if Diaz and Madden so desire. Additional amenities include a wine room, a bar, a library, and three fireplaces. Outside, there is a concrete patio, a spa, a pool with a waterfall feature, and a built-in barbeque.

Prior to this, the couple presumably lived in either the four bedroom home Diaz purchased from Candice Bergen in 2010 or the modern Studio City house they picked up together in 2017. And although it is impossible to know their plans for their new digs, we know Diaz has good taste: Her former New York City apartment was designed by Kelly Wearstler.
