In the shots, the Waterdown, Ont.-native flexed her arms and smiled at her phone's camera as she posed in her workout studio. She wore a forest green Set Active sports bra with matching bicycle shorts.
To accessorize, the 26-year-old chose a gold pendant necklace, hoop earrings and a glitzy belly button ring, while her light brown locks were pulled into a sleek bun.
"How do I stay motivated? Honestly, there are days where working out is the last thing I want to do ... I’m only human!" she began in the caption.
Lymburner went on to share her top 3 tips for keeping motivated, with the hope of inspiring her followers.
"I listen to my body. If I’m feeling abnormally tired, or I’m on my period I take it slow," she explained in step one. "Either give myself an extra rest day or move my body intentionally by stretching or walking, etc."
"I switch it up," the workout instructor added for her second step. "Doing different styles of workouts keeps me on my toes and makes moving my body more interesting and more fun!"
"I push myself (when needed). Sometimes, I just need to kick myself in the butt and get started! Once I’ve started, then I feel so much better — and by the end, I’m glad I did it!" Lymburner concluded in her third step.
