On The Real Housewives of Potomac's July 18 episode, Wendy Osefo told her family that she planned to launch a home essentials line. "I'm gonna need you guys to really support me," she said. "Because I'm branching off from my profession."

Wendy got some sweet words of encouragement from her mother during the episode, and it seems she's getting plenty of support from some of her castmates as well. "I have her candle," Candiace Dillard Bassett said on the July 25 episode of Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen. "It smells really good."

Wendy showed her family the candle during the same episode of RHOP and explained the meaning behind her new company's name. "It's Onyi Home Essentials because my middle name is Onyi and it means 'gift from god,' so Onyi is my gift to the world," she said. "I haven't done any of the business side, I've done all the fun stuff. Like, I picked out the color of the lid, I mixed different scents."

Wendy also recently announced another major project: her forthcoming memoir, TEARS OF MY MOTHER: The Legacy of my Nigerian Upbringing. "Motherhood is a layered concept and being able to examine it through this book from my lens of an immigrant and mother of three has opened my eyes to the many ways we as mothers carry the weight of our past into not only our future but that of our children," Wendy told PEOPLE. "I hope readers will take from this book that it is never too late to make a change in your life and that of your own children."
